2017 AFCA/AFDA Conference Registration Now Open

  • The conference runs from July 11-13 at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel in Glendale.
  • The registration fee is $200 per person and includes all conference materials and sessions, as well as continental breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday.
  • The AFDA Board and General Membership meeting will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
  • AFCA section meetings will be on Tuesday morning beginning at 8:00 a.m.
  • The conference opening session will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon and will end with a closing general session on Thursday afternoon.
  • The Equipment and Technology Expo will open at noon on Wednesday and close at noon on Thursday.There is no charge for anyone to visit the expo although for security purposes all attendees not in official uniform must obtain a conference/expo badge.

MES will host a Taco Tuesday Welcome

(for Registered AFCA/AFDA Conference Attendees Only)

at Salt in the Westgate entertainment district on July 11.


Bowling and Buffet Event

The Bowling and Buffet Event is back for this year’s conference! Sponsored by Relm BK Radio, Wednesday, July 12 from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. at Main Event - 10315 W McDowell Rd, Avondale. 

The $65 registration fee Includes food, bowling, activities wristband and bus transportation, Sponsored by VFIS of Arizona, to and from venue.
You do not need to attend the conference to participate and conference attendees are encouraged to register their spouses or other guests to join in the fun!

Proceeds from the event will go to support various AFCA and AFDA scholarship or charity activities.

REGISTRATION NOTE: If you are including a guest please indicate the name of the guest for the team roster in the space provided on the registration form. If you are not registering a full team of four and you wish to be paired with other specific participants please indicate whose team you wish to be on and the event coordinator will make every effort to accommodate that request. If you have no specific preference the team coordinator will make team assignments.


15th Annual Steve Alley Memorial Golf Tournament

To be held immediately following the conference on Friday July 14 at Whirlwind, a Troon championship course at Gila River. A portion of the proceeds from the tournament go to support the AZ LAST (Local Assistance State Team).
